I thank God for the chastening and purifying He is doing in us all. He desires that we should all stand in the days to come and that we all have ears to hear what His Spirit is speaking in these times. This is what the Lord gave me this afternoon during lunch (understanding in parentheses):
Follow Me. Take up your cross and follow Me (Not our will, but His be done. Cease from our own labors and enter into the work that the Lord has set before us to do).
Luke 18:18-22
18And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 19And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. 20Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. 21And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. 22Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
Do you trust Me? Do you live your life by every word that proceeds out of My mouth? Do you not think that I will make a way for you to fulfill all that I have set before you to do? I will make a way when there doesn't seem to be a way. What is impossible with man is possible with God. Stand daily on all that I give you. Discipline yourself to wait on Me and to be obedient to all that I tell you to do. A man plans his ways, but I the Lord alter his footsteps.
Continue to walk in the liberty that I have given you, letting no man hold you back. I look daily for those who let faith arise and walk according to the leading of My Spirit. Be anxious for nothing, but know this: The time is soon upon you when all that I have revealed to you will come to pass. My judgment will be poured out, there will be famine and pestilence in the land. But My word to you is true. You will eat of Me daily and not be hungry. There will be no sick among you for those who have accepted My Spirit and My words will have no lack. You will be strong by My Spirit and the words you speak, no man can gainsay or resist. Be mindful of all that I have given you by My Spirit. For even the power of life and death is in your mouth, if you can believe it. Hold nothing back. Let your very life, and all that you speak and do, be holy and separate unto Me. Those who hear Me and love to please Me will never be ashamed. I tell you, I am with you and there are none that can stand against you.
If God be for us, then who can be against us?

I pray that any who read this gets understanding as well. Just like Chad's post that follows this. It is the cry of one in the wilderness (separated to God), of one crying, Make straight your path, the Lord is soon to return. Cleanse your self. Do Gods will; accept the yolk of the Lord. Reject foolish notions, fables and doctrines of death. Believe the Lord's whole word. Do what God's whole word says to do. Workout your own salvation for no denomination will save you, no organization can ensure your salvation. Just as in John the Baptist day, Isaiah 40:3The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. The Spirit of God declares His intentions.

Amen, Ryan, Oh and another reason you didn't hear to much from me through Christmas was because the hubbie was off for vacation and family was in and out so much that I hardly had time to sit and read even my bible (which i put first) so I didn't have the quiet i need to read all you young folks posts. God will enable His children to stand in the end times, as they step out and stand in Faith He will be their shelter, provider, and protection, their ever present help in time of trouble..Amen
