Word 2/28/08

The Word:
Shall I not do right in all the earth? I judge according to the intent of the heart. A fool shall have stripes, but he that knows to do right but chooses unrighteousness will have many stripes. Yet, will not the merciful obtain mercy. Will not the righteous be separated from the unrighteous. Is there any confusion on what is good and holy? I tell you plainly, I cannot be deceived. You may judge according to the flesh, but I do not. You may look on the outer appearance, but I do not. My ear hears every thought. I behold (comprehend) every secret word, every hidden act. None shall escape the balance of truth. Is it not written that I hate an unfair balance, an unfair measure.

Understanding:
Deuteronomy 25:13 Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small. 14Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small. 15But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. 17But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. 18For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 19For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. 20I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 21I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.Galatians 3: 21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. 22But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. 23But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. 24Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 26For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Jesus Christ/Christ Jesus; The man anointed/anointed man. (Jesus)The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

1 John 2:26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 27But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 28And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Matthew 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. 24Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.

1 Corinthians 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

Determined To Know God

From yesterday (2/28/08):

Word
Keep your eyes fixed on Me and hold fast to My promises that My will be done in you always. Let the words of My mouth be your daily bread that you would hear Me and believe, that faith would arise in you. I have called you to a higher walk. I speak to you often that you would hear the words of My mouth and feed My flock that they may draw close to Me and be made strong by My Spirit. Let the cares of this life be cast down at the wayside that you may be stayed in perfect peace.

It is written to commit all of your work unto Me that your thoughts may be established. Do not forget My words, My son. For if you are obedient in this and continue in prayer as My Spirit leads, you will accomplish much for My name's sake.

Many have left their first love, allowing themselves to be given over to their own lusts. But My people are determined to know Me and My ways, never departing from the truth. I tell you stand in all that you have been given and know that I am for you. I am the Author and Finisher of your faith and I will see to it that you are covered and protected in the days to come. I tell you, blessed are the pure in heart, for with your eyes you will see Me. Have faith My people for I do come quickly. I will never leave you or forsake you.

With love in Him,
Ryan

The Eerie Lull Before the Storm

Matthew 16:3...It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. Oh you hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

Remember those times before a really bad storm. The barometric pressure drops, the winds dies down, sometimes the sky gets a weird green glow. You take one last look around to see if you have put everything away that is going to get blown over. You start thinking about the power going out. Are the flash lights ready? Do we have some water and food? I hope that I don't need the back-up generator. Do we have what we need in the basement to be comfortable? Have I done all I could to prepare? Because you never know if this one will be the life changing big one!

In the Spirit, I'm experiencing one of those times. I may or may not be as prepared as I possibly could, the Lord knows. I am acutely aware though, of how unprepared my neighbors are. I'm talking about those who say that they are Christians. Not the obviously happy in their ignorance, but those self proclaimed "prepared". Their inability to see all the items left laying in their yard leaves them at risk. When the wind blows anything not tied down will hit their home with destructive force, more than likely to their hurt.

Hopefully, I have judged myself and removed the beam out of my own eye, to see clearly. My faith in God's ability to speak to me, allows me to be confident in the things I hear in the Spirit. I don't claim to know everything, but what I hear in my ear I speak. Doctrines, hidden manna, the opening of things that were sealed to the end times and misunderstood truths that are written in the Bible. If iron sharpens iron, we should expect the dull shavings to fall to the ground. If this sharpening is in fact part of the purging, winnowing , removing of dross and impurities process, our expectation should be that God is revealing error in our lives. In the purifying process heat is generated. What people do with the built up heat and pressure exposes who they truly are, for good or for evil. Sometimes, in the house of friends, we are attacked, often we are wounded. The balancing point is this; was the attack deserved in the defence of truth. The speck in our neighbors eye often does not not come out easily. Sometimes, it can be painful and irritating, often like a dog in pain, they bite the hand of the one who is trying to help. Whether thy are healed depends on them hearing or rejecting truth. When they reject truth they reject the Holy Spirit who leads into all truth, Jesus who is truth, and the Father whose doctrines the righteous expound.

Proverbs 26:12 Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a fool than of him.
Ecclesiastes 8:5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment.

One example of the need for purging is the Law vs Holy Spirit. Another example is tradition of men vs Holy Spirit. Understanding times by the Holy Spirit vs the way it was previously in the existing covenant, is being brought to light even now. When things that were previously sealed and are now open to us, it will require an opening of our understanding to what God is doing or showing us. If we resist, we resist at our peril of being likened to a Pharisee:Acts 7:51 You stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do you. Daniel 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. 10Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.People who lack understanding in defending what they believe to be true actually will succumb to delutions. John 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. Luke 12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: 52For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. 53The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 54And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is. 55And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass. 56Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time? 57Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right? (There's that storm again.)

Isaiah 26:10 Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.

Proverbs 9:6 Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding. 7He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot. 8Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee. 9Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. 10The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. 11For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased. 12If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.

Interesting, when we try to convince someone to draw closer to God, to have ears to hear by the Holy Spirit, they lean to their own understanding and reject you and truth. When you try to teach "sound doctrine", line upon line, precept upon precept, of being kept from harm in the tribulation period, you are rejected. They hold to one scripture over another there by becoming unwise, not taking the whole council of God. They compare in their own minds the value of scriptures and by works, in their strength attempt to come to truth rather than relying on God to lead them by the Holy Spirit. Galatians 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

Amazingly, some of those that that resist God, resist truth saying that they have ears to hear. They will accuse you of preaching another Christ, of trying to deceive others, or say you have faith in faith. Decide now not to let them take what God has given you. They comparing themselves by themselves are unwise. If we are charged to work out or own salvation, and God has revealed His doctrine to you, to God alone you stand. Of course all that you stand on will agree with what is written, fearing God, and being careful where we stand lest we fall. Yet, all the while if you are of a humble and contrite spirit and ask, the Father gives you understanding. Do not be surprised when the religious attack and give you wounds in the house of supposedly friends, they did it to Jesus.

Proverbs 14:16 A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.

1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Hebrews 2: 3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; 4God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

1 Peter 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

Those weird green storm clouds, they look like pride! When they the proud, fall and are blown because they are not rooted or tied down in truth, they will try to take you as well.

Word 2/24/08

Why do you wonder after those who cannot (and will not) hear? The hardness of their heart, the mind of the religious, (having a form of Godliness are) doubled minded, will receive nothing from Me. They seek Me with their words, but in their heart, desire to be right in their own eyes. Their faith is in their own works. They can receive nothing of the Spirit. Reject them, for they are unstable in all their ways. Your understanding (what was given to you) is not your own (it is given to you from God), look to Me in all your ways, I would not have you to be ignorant (uninformed, lacking understanding, but receiving through the Holy Spirit, by faith, agreeing with the written word, in Spirit and in truth, not subject to mans approval).

Consider your every idle word. For by words this world was framed. You frame your life by your words, consider every word yet be careful for nothing for you who walk after the Spirit, the wise, are changed from glory to glory, reflecting My image all the more (shining brighter).

Beware of those of the seat of Satan who will try to snare you at your words. Put a seal upon your mouth. Do not cast pearls before swine who are not worthy, but minister to the hungry and thirsty. I came for them, (you are of them) you are here for them. Fulfill My will, yet wait on Me to bring to you those I have prepared (no one can come unless they are drawn, those who should have come hardened their hearts, these are the unchurched from the highways). Be instant in season, let your light shine, you are as sheep among wolves, but not one hair upon your head shall be harmed. All things are possible to them that believe.

Let patience have her perfect work in you. Wanting nothing. Of a truth, those who remain in the peace of patience possess their very own soul (those who have done and do God's will having ears to hear). Be anxious for nothing. You have choice.

Do not ask according to your understanding, but ask that your understanding will be of Me. Many are not careful where they stand. Their fall is of their doing.

Oh, How the mighty have fallen. They have fallen prey to their own lusts. Pride has deceived them. Hardness of heart has sealed their end. Lean not to your understanding, but have faith in Me. I did not leave you, do not be tempted to leave Me by pride. Be as a little child in understanding faith, be as men (adults) in faith of your understanding from Me.

There is place for beauty among the rocks (of the high places) that will not be moved, that will not be changed. In the high places I have arrayed a garden that few know of, few will climb to see it. Yet, in it is beauty unrivaled for those of understanding, whose hearts are pure, whose thoughts are of Me.

There is set before you a wall, a mighty fortress. A place of comfort for your soul. A place of safety and peace. One can enter by faith, but they must have ears to hear and eyes to see, for the entrance is hidden from the eye of man. It is of My doing, for My purpose. Only the faithful shall enter in.

Fellowship With The Father

During church today:

Word

Those who have heard the call, and have come to enter into My rest will have fullness of joy. Wherever My people gather in My name, I am with them and I do see to it that My will is accomplished in you. Hold fast to the gospel of truth and even as you have accepted Jesus Christ your Lord, walk ye in Him. Put on the mind of Christ and in all things speak as My Spirit gives utterance. Let your speech be seasoned with salt always that you may walk in the midst of men, shining as the sons and daughters of God. Prefer one another and lift up your brothers and sisters that My will be done and that you may strengthen one another in all things. Forget not those things that I have spoken to you in times past. How those who believe not the gospel of Jesus Christ, even the words that I speak to you and have written on your heart, how they will try to take you captive. Forget not that all I have shown you will be required of you in these times for to whom much is given, much is required. I have sent My Son that all who believe in Him could be set free and have everlasting life. Those who deny the fellowship with the Father, the very reason why I came, deny Me for men cannot believe in part. It is written, a double-minded man is unstable in all of his ways and let not that man think that He will receive anything from the Living God. And again, it is written, that whatsoever a man does that is not done in faith is sin. Walk in truth. Walk in wisdom. Sin not. I would not have you to have fellowship with those who have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof. For if I have put My words in your mouth and they have received them not, they have denied Me. I am not partial and all that I speak will come to pass.

Wait on your ministry, My people, and know that the time is near when you will walk in the fullness of who I have called you to be. Doubt not and have no fear for I am near you, even in your mouth. Be anxious for nothing but do everything in prayer and thanksgiving unto He who has called you and chosen you. You are Mine for I have formed you to be who you have become. Remember always that the power of life and death is in your mouth. Speak only as My Spirit gives utterance, for in this My will is accomplished and foolish men are put to silence. My word will not return unto Me void.

With love in Him,
Ryan

Word 2/21/08

The mountains and the high places shall be your dwelling for your faith/trust in Me is as a breastplate of righteousness to Me. What is between us? What part of your life do you with hold from Me? Your secret time is before My eyes. The cry of your heart is My delight. Hold fast to the peace that is past understanding (human reasoning). Wait on Me. Be anxious for nothing. In your patience you are in My high tower. You will see from afar what is to come. I will lead you to safe places. Am I not your Shepherd? I laid down My life that you may be with Me. Hold fast to truth.

Listen My child, why are you troubled? You know that I am with you. Have I ever not fulfilled My promises to you? I take pleasure in your joy. When I seem far off, know that I am with you. But, your strength, is being tempered (tried), made perfect in patience, made bold in trust, sharpened (prepared) to break down strongholds. In that, when you see this (strongholds arise) come to pass, it (the victory) is already behind you (complete). Now is (here, this time) where the victory was laid. It is I who work within (you).

Surrender to patience, wait on God in perfect peace. Let faith arise, see My hand before you. Speak what is in your heart, for it is I within, I write My words on your heart, (if you stay in the Spirit) they will never pass from before your eyes.

L,J,P&HG
Dave

Word 2/17/08

Quiet yourself, God is faithful. Hear what He has to say to you. He knows your life, your wants and needs.

God's will is to do what is in front of you to do. Do not worry about what you will eat or wear.

What is more difficult for God? Your sins are forgiven or that you are healed? So that you will know, God shows healings as proof that sins are forgiven also. The ultimate proof is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, which requires faith to receive. It alone is the earnest of sonship, proof positive of being accepted by God. It required that you did the will of God to receive.

Don't be weary in well doing, saving some from the fire.

Those who dismiss truth with their opinion are not wise, and cannot stand in their wisdom. The humble and contrite, those who accept truth as a child will stand before Me, forever as pillars of righteousness.

Those who are forgiven much yet judge others by their (personal) standard (not God's) shall reap what they have sown.

As the prodigal son's father ran out to meet his returning son, who was dead and now is alive; If you reach out with mercy, your Father in Heaven will reach out to you in the measure you mete.

His (The Father's) mercy endures forever. Judge the heart. I will have mercy on who I will have mercy. (We had better be in total agreement, our own peace is in the balance.) Jesus' blood was shed for all those temper tantrums, He was bruised for our iniquities.

The Well Never Runs Dry

From yesterday at church (note that throughout our prayer time, the Lord was ministering different things at different times, I posted these things in the same order that I heard them):

Word
I am with you always. The free are free indeed.

Colossians 3:1-4
1If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Understanding
If faith comes by hearing by the word of God and without faith there is no pleasing God, how do men believe that they can please God without hearing the words of His mouth?

Word
Those that choose to walk in their own wisdom and lean to their own understanding will never be free from the flesh. For it is by My Spirit alone that liberty can come. Those who accept not the the words of My mouth cannot stand for they trust in the arm of man and not Me. Life, peace, rest and strength are unto those who believe Me and My words by My Spirit, and count all else as loss. The days where My Spirit will strive with man are numbered and will soon come to an end. Only those who have accepted My truth and My Spirit will hear all that I have to speak to them in the days to come.

Love covers a multitude of sins and as many that call upon My name will be saved, but I say who will receive all that I have for them that they may walk in strength and power, My glory being their rear guard? It is these who I delight in for they hear My words and believe that it may be accounted unto them for righteousness.

Those who draw water from the pure source know that the well never runs dry (Understanding--vision of a person drawing water from a well and the water level never lowered).

Those who trust in the Lord have no lack (Understanding--In the same way, physically and spiritually, that Jesus feed the 5000 , those who trust in the Lord will never have any lack).

You can drink from the same cup and be baptized with the same baptism that I am baptized with. To you who believe this, know that there is nothing that the Father will keep from you.

With love in Him,
Ryan

Hebrews 10

Hebrews 10

1For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
2For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
3But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.
4For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
5Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
6In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
7Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
8Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
14For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them.
17And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
18Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
19Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
20By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
21And having an high priest over the house of God;
22Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
23Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
24And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
31It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
32But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;
33Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
34For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
35Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
36For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
37For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
38Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.39But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

God bless, Chad

End Times Doctrine: Choose You This Day!

How long are you going try to stand between two opinions? If the way to the LORD our God be the Holy Spirit, follow him: but if the Law, then follow it.

Matthew 24:34 This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Matthew 12: 30He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. 31Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. 33Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit (Holy Spirit).

Revelation 2:9 ....I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. (Law Vs. Holy Spirit)

John 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. (not receiving Jesus words is rejecting Him)

Luke 5:39 No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better. (Law vs Holy Spirit. Lawfulness is selfcontrol, lead by the Holy Spirit is submission to the will of God by faith the God speaks to you. Proof of this is Baptism of the Holy Spirit that manifests as described in the Bible.)

Isaiah 1:2 Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.
3The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel (and foolish virgins) doth not know, my people doth not consider.
8And the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.
9Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.
10Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.
11To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
12When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts? 13Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
14Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
15And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
(Acts 7:51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.)
16Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Hebrews 5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

James 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

Genesis 18:17 And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;

John 15:14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Acts 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, (Jesus) commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he (Jesus), ye have heard of me.

Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance

Acts 1:2 Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:

4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism (Holy Spirit),

1 Corinthians 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

John 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Why Can't We All Just Get Along?

In our family business, a marina, we have a way we conduct ourselves. Some traditions or customs were handed down from our dad. Some rules were made for specific problems, like, clean up after "your dog". Some rules are for our customers personal safety, no running on the docks or riding bikes, some for their boats protection, six lines (ropes) required to tie up your boat. Some rules are for general safety and all benefit, no open fires on boats, no fire works, no fueling your boat in your well.

One rule we follow is that we sell bathhouse keys to our customers. One day a customer came in ranting, “You charge me all this money for a dock and you can't throw in a bath house key, how cheap is that?" I always consciously try to conduct myself as a Christian, not saying I'm perfect, but I do try. I understood the what and why of his complaint, I thought for a moment and answered, for better or worse, "On my part or yours?" He started to say something and stopped himself mid-word. His continence change and he said, "Touché". I then explained why we do it the way we do. Not that how we do it is so wise, it just sort of makes sense, which is why we do it.

This post isn't really about me, my work or a bathhouse key. It's about God and Godliness. Why is it that men resist truth? Sometimes it's because they don't like the deliverer. He sounds prideful. He won't listen to reason. He thinks that he is right and everyone else is wrong. He doesn't think that my point is valid. He won't let me get the last word. Whatever! Not considering that the measure that they themselves measure with is vain. The love of truth is not subject to opinion. Truth is truth. The love of truth is beyond the emotion of mans understanding of the word love. Truth is Jesus. His way is truth; the Holy Spirit leads to that truth. The Hour of Temptation will divide who has truth, and everyone else.

If the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have allowed his house to be broken through. Oh, so we are watching, but, except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman watches, but in vain. Point being, foolish virgins are watching, but they are not built on what is acceptable, they are built on vanity, though they are watching, the house will fall anyway. Apart from the confidence of hearing the Holy Spirit for yourself all the scriptures you are built on will not stand because you have built with self-righteous vanity, the pride of your own design. Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD ponders their heart. There is a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

As Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do all who resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. To God it is rebellion. They by reason of pride thought that their birthright gave them place in God. God alone appoints His anointed. We don't have a say because we think, or want, to be truth bearers. Truth itself reveals who is truthful. The Holy Spirit leads to and gives all truth, and bears witness to truth, speaker and hearer alike. As a carnal attempt is to keep the law so is our attempt to understand truth apart from the Holy Spirit. Our attempts may be well intentioned in our minds, but not acceptable to God because it's not His way. If this is true, carnal understanding, the milk of the Word always gives way to the Holy Spirit, the final authority of truth, God's wisdom and direction, and it must be just this way.

But if you bite and devour one another, take heed that you be not consumed one of another. In the search for truth we often cross swords with man. Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. But if one speaks truth and the other opinion apart from the Holy Spirit, whose responsibility is it to recognize truth? I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Be instant in season (In the Spirit), out of season (back to earth); reprove (disprove, point out error), rebuke (correct by love or fear), exhort (encourage those who love truth) with all long suffering and doctrine (line upon line as the Spirit gives utterence). For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

"Christians" (so called, whose hearts are toward; debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults) will marvel and say, How does this guy know this, Does he (or she) have a PhD. or are they a theologian, do they have a degree? That person will answered them, and say, my doctrine is not mine, but His (the Fathers) that sent me. If any man will do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. The Spirit itself bearing witness with our spirit, if we are the children of God. Therefore seek the Kingdom of God on the path to God. Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, (if it bears witness of the Holy Spirit) think on these things.

Micah 7:1 Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit. 2The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net. 3That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. 4The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity. 5Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom. 6For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.

Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. The sons and daughters of God came eating and drinking, and they said, Look at that, my oh my, self righteous, and a closed minded people, Holy Rollers and tongue talkers. But wisdom is justified of her children. Concerning them that would seduce you. If the anointing (Holy Spirit) which you have received of Him (Jesus) abides in you, and you need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing (Holy Spirit) teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it (the Holy Spirit) has taught you, you are able to abide in him. Now, saints of God, abide in him; that, when He (Jesus) shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before Him at his coming, you will bear the down payment receipt of the purchase by the Father.

I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth. God in His wisdom has reasons why there is a way, truth and life. To the wise, it's the joy of our life to please our Father, and health to our bones. To the foolish, if for no other reason than to separate, God's wisdom is evident and choices are made.

Oh, by the way that bathhouse key customer always looks for me just to say "Hi". Apparently he wasn't offended and accepted our ways, he has bought keys every year for many years since, thank you Lord.

Understanding

Understanding

If we are seperate what makes us separate? Faith in Jesus Christ! But it is more than a confession of the lips it is a confession of the heart. God Know's are hearts and he cannot be decieved. No longer shall we walk in darkness but in light. We are seperate unto him, we are set apart from this world. We will walk in faith not by sight. We will speak his truth in love and righteousness. We will humble ourselves for those who humble themselves will be exalted and those who exalt themselves will be humbled. We will not be prideful or boastful. But rather we will exalt God and give him praise for he is worthy of all praise. No longer will we satisfy the sinful nature of the flesh. For it is sin and all sin is detestable in Gods eyes and it will not stand in his kingdom! We will strive to be perfect as Christ was perfect. We will love God with all our hearts, minds, and souls and love one another as ourself. For the entire law is summed up in these 2 commands!

For if you do all these things you will be seperate! For this we will be persecuted, insulted, and slandered. For no servant is greater than his master and no student is greater than his teacher. If they did it to Christ they will do it to us. But i will endure, for the reward that awaits us is far greater than anything this world can offer! Praise God for everything he is! He is glorious, righteous, just, faithful, merciful, and gracious. Praise God!

For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul!
Trevor

Only Believe

From yesterday (2/17/08) at church:

Word
Whosoever will come before Me and put on humility, will I bless and keep. Come this day and seek My face that I may pour out My Spirit upon you that you would have no lack. I am here in your midst, for wherever two or more are gathered in My name, there I am. Have faith this day. Cast down everything that would keep you from entering in to My presence and walking according to the leading of My Spirit.

I have called you and I have drawn you that you would believe every word that I speak and that you would have life everlasting in Me. As many that call upon the name of the Lord will be saved but I have drawn you here that you might hear and understand all that I have to say to My people. Let faith arise this day, believe I am who I say I am that your enemies would be scattered. If I am for you, who can be against you?

The words I speak are life and peace to those who hear and let them be added unto them. I tell you, there is deliverance to the people of God. There is liberty to the people of God. It is My desire that My people be set free from all that would keep them from the fullness of what I have for them. Only believe Me and My words, and you will never be ashamed. I tell you, with My right hand I will uphold you and you will never be afraid.

With love in Him,
Ryan

Judgment

This is a word the Lord spoke to me friday night and he said to post this and not to hold back.

Hold fast to me my people. The day of her calamity is at hand and the day of my fury near. Who has heard the sound of the trumpet? Who has heard the alarm of war? They shall come upon this land as a flood and they shall overflow, they shall not break thier ranks though they are resisted. When they are ran threw they shall not die but every man shall take his mark. Her mighty men shall be slain and all those who have forsaken my covanent. Judgment is in my heart. Watch and waver not. All who have ears hear this day; I am the Lord and I am the same. I love judgment I hate that wich is evil. I turn the wicked to stubble and the unrightous to dust. But to those who fear my name I shall keep and they shall be my people and I shall be thier God. Though tenthousand fall at thier left and a thousand at their right no evil shall befall them. They shall be called preists and ministers of thier God and they shall be lights in the darkness, the salt of the earth. Turn you, every man from his evil way and repent for the day of my judgment is at hand and I will not delay nor repent. I shall break my covanent wich I have made and I shall shut the door that no longer all who call upon my name shall be saved. For as it is written "My spirit shall not always strive with a man." and again "I have laid judment in my heart." and again "I am weary with repenting". Who shall stand? Find your refuge in me my people in the place of drawing water far from the noise of the archers. I come quickly. Stand

OB 1:1 The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning Edom; We have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen, Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle.
OB 1:2 Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen: thou art greatly despised.
OB 1:3 The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?
OB 1:4 Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.

OB 1:5 If thieves came to thee, if robbers by night, (how art thou cut off!) would they not have stolen till they had enough? if the grapegatherers came to thee, would they not leave some grapes?
OB 1:6 How are the things of Esau searched out! how are his hidden things sought up!
OB 1:7 All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee even to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, and prevailed against thee; they that eat thy bread have laid a wound under thee: there is none understanding in him.
OB 1:8 Shall I not in that day, saith the LORD, even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mount of Esau?
OB 1:9 And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.
OB 1:10 For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.
OB 1:11 In the day that thou stoodest on the other side, in the day that the strangers carried away captive his forces, and foreigners entered into his gates, and cast lots upon Jerusalem, even thou wast as one of them.
OB 1:12 But thou shouldest not have looked on the day of thy brother in the day that he became a stranger; neither shouldest thou have rejoiced over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldest thou have spoken proudly in the day of distress.
OB 1:13 Thou shouldest not have entered into the gate of my people in the day of their calamity; yea, thou shouldest not have looked on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in the day of their calamity;
OB 1:14 Neither shouldest thou have stood in the crossway, to cut off those of his that did escape; neither shouldest thou have delivered up those of his that did remain in the day of distress.
OB 1:15 For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.
OB 1:16 For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain, so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been.
OB 1:17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.
OB 1:18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it.
OB 1:19 And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and they of the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead.
OB 1:20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.
OB 1:21 And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD'S.

JER 2:4 Hear ye the word of the LORD, O house of Jacob, and all the families of the house of Israel:
JER 2:5 Thus saith the LORD, What iniquity have your fathers found in me, that they are gone far from me, and have walked after vanity, and are become vain?
JER 2:6 Neither said they, Where is the LORD that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt?
JER 2:7 And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit thereof and the goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination.
JER 2:8 The priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.

JER 2:9 Wherefore I will yet plead with you, saith the LORD, and with your children's children will I plead.
JER 2:10 For pass over the isles of Chittim, and see; and send unto Kedar, and consider diligently, and see if there be such a thing.
JER 2:11 Hath a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit.
JER 2:12 Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the LORD.
JER 2:13 For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
JER 2:19 Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.
JER 2:20 For of old time I have broken thy yoke, and burst thy bands; and thou saidst, I will not transgress; when upon every high hill and under every green tree thou wanderest, playing the harlot.
JER 2:21 Yet I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed: how then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a strange vine unto me?
JER 2:22 For though thou wash thee with nitre, and take thee much soap, yet thine iniquity is marked before me, saith the Lord GOD.
JER 2:23 How canst thou say, I am not polluted, I have not gone after Baalim? see thy way in the valley, know what thou hast done: thou art a swift dromedary traversing her ways;

JER 2:24 A wild ass used to the wilderness, that snuffeth up the wind at her pleasure; in her occasion who can turn her away? all they that seek her will not weary themselves; in her month they shall find her.
JER 2:25 Withhold thy foot from being unshod, and thy throat from thirst: but thou saidst, There is no hope: no; for I have loved strangers, and after them will I go.
JER 2:26 As the thief is ashamed when he is found, so is the house of Israel ashamed; they, their kings, their princes, and their priests, and their prophets,
JER 2:27 Saying to a stock, Thou art my father; and to a stone, Thou hast brought me forth: for they have turned their back unto me, and not their face: but in the time of their trouble they will say, Arise, and save us.
JER 2:28 But where are thy gods that thou hast made thee? let them arise, if they can save thee in the time of thy trouble: for according to the number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah.
JER 2:29 Wherefore will ye plead with me? ye all have transgressed against me, saith the LORD.

JER 2:30 In vain have I smitten your children; they received no correction: your own sword hath devoured your prophets, like a destroying lion.
JER 2:31 O generation, see ye the word of the LORD. Have I been a wilderness unto Israel? a land of darkness? wherefore say my people, We are lords; we will come no more unto thee?
JER 2:32 Can a maid forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet my people have forgotten me days without number.
JER 2:33 Why trimmest thou thy way to seek love? therefore hast thou also taught the wicked ones thy ways.
JER 2:34 Also in thy skirts is found the blood of the souls of the poor innocents: I have not found it by secret search, but upon all these.
JER 2:35 Yet thou sayest, Because I am innocent, surely his anger shall turn from me. Behold, I will plead with thee, because thou sayest, I have not sinned.
JER 2:36 Why gaddest thou about so much to change thy way? thou also shalt be ashamed of Egypt, as thou wast ashamed of Assyria.
JER 2:37 Yea, thou shalt go forth from him, and thine hands upon thine head: for the LORD hath rejected thy confidences, and thou shalt not prosper in them.

ISA 13:1 The burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the son of Amoz did see.
ISA 13:2 Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain, exalt the voice unto them, shake the hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.
ISA 13:3 I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.
ISA 13:4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle.
ISA 13:5 They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.
ISA 13:6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
ISA 13:7 Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt:
ISA 13:8 And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.
ISA 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it
.
ISA 13:10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.
ISA 13:11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
ISA 13:12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.
ISA 13:13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.
ISA 13:14 And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land.
ISA 13:15 Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword.
ISA 13:16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.
ISA 13:17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.
ISA 13:18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children.
ISA 13:19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
ISA 13:20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.
ISA 13:21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs shall dance there.
ISA 13:22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

2TH 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2TH 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2TH 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2TH 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
2TH 2:5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
2TH 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
2TH 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2TH 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2TH 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2TH 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2TH 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2TH 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2TH 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
2TH 2:14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2TH 2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
2TH 2:16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
2TH 2:17 Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

May we be found worthy to stand in his day,
Your brother in Christ,

Do All That It Takes

There is a day that comes quickly, a day of gross darkness that will cover the earth (the day cannot be mistaken for it will be a day as never before, when the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give her light). Only those who have chosen to live their daily lives as servants of God, out of love and respect (out of obedience) for who God is, will be able to be stayed in God's perfect peace. God offered it to all, but very few have chosen to change their lives in such a way that they could live a life that is pleasing to God. Many have caused themselves to be kept from the blessing and peace of God, loving this life unto death. That dark day comes quickly and only those who have made God their refuge will live.

It seems, as of late, the more that God is brought up in a conversation, the less people want to talk. This is the time when God will allow people be led away by their own lusts. If they love anything in this life more than they love God, they have chosen their reward. Living for God requires people to love obedience, love righteousness (being right before God). It requires a desire to want to please God more than anyone else, including themselves. Because of this, it seems, many have not and will not choose God over this temporal life. It is very sorrowful to consider how many people have been given the opportunity to hear the truth of God's word, the kingdom of God coming near unto them, and yet they still chose to live the lie.

The day of darkness is closer than it has ever been. Even the voice of the day of the Lord speaks (can you hear what the Spirit is speaking concerning this?). Do all that it takes to make sure that your garment is without spot, without wrinkle before God. Do all that it takes to make sure that the life you are living is holy and acceptable unto the Lord. He comes quickly. When He returns, will He find faith in you?

With love in Him,
Ryan

Do Not Err

From Wednesday (2/13/08):

Word
Many have come before you, desiring to do mighty exploits for My name's sake but they looked to their own strength rather than the leading of My Spirit. Pride was lifted up within them because they did not humble themselves before Me and wait on Me for their meat and drink.

With love in Him,
Ryan

What Do You Believe?

Last night, as I prayed, it occurred to me that when Jesus said will I find faith, He was talking about us, those who claim to believe. Faith for what you ask? Faith the substance of what I believe, the ability to live or die, the ability to hear from God. Faith that God's thoughts for you are good. Faith that we are who God said we are, sons and daughters of His. Faith that He did not leave us powerless. Faith that all things are possible to them that believe. Faith that the Comforter will lead us into all truth. But the fearful, doubtful and unbelieving, of who everything is unclean and corrupt, cannot receive anything from God for their double mindedness. Most of them vote for a pretrib rapture, the easy button, no faith required. The downside of no faith is fear, sound familiar! A faithless and perverse generation is what we live in. What are you going to do about it?

Believing is the only answer. But what do we believe? Well, what are you able to believe? Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him as righteousness. God told him to sacrifice his son, and he almost did, but God stopped him. Abraham didn’t have any written word to look at and say, Oh look, God stops me. No, in fact he thought God would raise him from the dead, which God could have done. But, raising Isaac from the dead was not God’s will. Delivering from death was God’s will. We who are able to be delivered from death will by our faith, which to God is righteousness.

Some want to put their finger into Jesus' nail holes or their hand in His side before they will believe. They defeat them themselves. The purpose of faith is to prove that you believe God, not having seen Him. Blessed are those who believe without seeing. Being limited to faith by works (being a good person, reading the bible, going to church) is different than faith in God.

What do these scripture mean?
Jeremiah 33:19 And the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying, 20Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season; 21Then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. 10For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. 11And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
Matthew 24:28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. 29Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:

They mean the old Covenant is broken!
Still there are those who want to hold onto the old covenant, Those who say I'll blah, blah, blah.. No you won't, not in heaven or on the earth. They prefer the old wine, the law, the new wine faith though Jesus, is an unseen substance and unsettling to those who think that they are fine by their works. Faithless! Not lovers of truth.

What is the new covenant doctrine of finding faith at the return of Jesus. All these (scriptures) are true by themselves, yet when you stack them up they come to an end. Is that end truth or not? If we are to be built line upon line, our faith depends on what and with what we are built. If we are to be found worthy to escape, free from fear and unbelief, we must be built with something. Faith! Faith in what? Working out your own salvation, with fear and trembling takes on a new meaning if we are to live to see the return of our Lord, the King of Kings. Jesus finding faith at His return. But, at the same time being careful where you stand least you fall. We are that generation. We cannot look to the past for the times to come, no man has seen them, and they are unlike any time before or will be after. Many things are written about these times, but understanding comes by the Holy Ghost, not the wisdom of man. The Father writes His doctrine on our hearts, your heart, but do you have ears to hear? Can you build with these?

John 10:15 As the Father knoweth me (Jesus, and I though Him), even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. 17Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. 18No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world (and faithless) knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Revelation 3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. 33And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they (hearers not the doers) shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.

Zechariah 12:8 In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.

2 Corinthians 1:20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

1 Peter 1:9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

Hebrews 4:10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. 11Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. 12For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

2 Corinthians 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Revelation 11: 4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
Revelation 6: and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

What is the sum of these words? Do they join together?

Acts 17:11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. 12Therefore many of them believed
2 Peter 1:20Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
John 16:13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Does your faith allow you to receive what the Holy Spirit has to show you what will come? Or will you be ever seeking never coming to the knowledge? Faith pleases God.

Are You Qualified? (toescapethewrathtocome)

This post was prompted by a question about the post of deliverance at hiding places (Where's Waldo). The question and short answer are written just below here. The rest of this is very lengthy. So get a coffee, and extra cushion to sit on, your slippers, reading glasses if necessary, and relax.

The question:
Do you not rather believe the Word teaches that it is actually the saints of the most high that Satan will wear out, not the lukewarm the wishy washy and the compromising, rather he won't have to bother with them because they will willingly take his/the beasts mark...
Those who do believe the deception,... if they live, will pay a heavy price in fear, doubt and temptation. They may be some of those whose heart will fail for fear. Certainly they will be among those who the Beast/Satan will make war with and prevail against.

Response comment from blog:
Helen,
And any who are interested, the answer is to large and important, and the scope to broad for just a comment answer. The short answer, and maybe that's all you wanted, is, a remnant will be saved. Perfect peace is for those whose minds are stayed on God, they will be hidden. Some of them will be martyred, they have a choice. The larger groups that will die are the lukewarm, those who had a reputation for being alive and are actually dead, most of Smyrna, money lovers, and Jezebel churches. And it was given unto him to make war with those saints, and to overcome them. But he cannot hurt the oil and the wine. Oil being wise virgins, wine being those who go through the wine press of wrath and live.

The questions are related to these scriptures:
Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Revelation 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Answer:
No, he will not wear out the mind of those who walk in the Spirit. I do not believe that it is possible to wear out the "Mind of Christ", or those who have entered into that rest, in Spirit and in truth (not just saying it, but doing, they do the will of God). But a double minded man will not receive anything (protection, covering) from God.

Here is why:
2Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus
1 Corinthians 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
Psalm 5:11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
12For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

These are the ones who can and will be deceived:
James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Luke 21:8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
2 Timothy 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
Titus 3:3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: ... God.

This is what has empowered us to have confidence:
Matthew 20:23 And he (Jesus) saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with:
John 16: 13 ... when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:
John 7: 16 Jesus... said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. 17If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. (The same is true for us)
Isaiah 28: 9Whom shall he (God) teach knowledge? and whom shall he (God) make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts (able to eat strong meat). 10For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: 11For with stammering lips and another tongue will he (God) speak to this people (Baptism of the Holy Spirit).
1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us (the ones who have the doctrine of the Father written on our hearts, by the other tongue giver, the Holy Spirit, the seal of our redemption) not, because it knew him not.
Romans 9:1 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation,

Therein also lies the difference. If people understood what Jesus/God meant they would be baptised in the Holy Spirit, be filled in the Spirit, and know the doctrine Jesus spoke of. Those who think they know, foolish virgins, will not escape. Their appointments very, hearts failing for fear, sword, famine, beasts, beheading, many missing the return of the Lord, no ears to hear. Some will hold fast to this: Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. These will die for their faith.

The letter to the seven churches encompasses all "Christians" some wise, many foolish, some barely saved, many won't make it. They are all grouped as "Saints". The barest minimum for salvation is; Acts 2: 21And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. The opposite end of saint is: Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. These are all called saints biblically, from the least to the greatest. When we look at the church now we see it all, the good, the bad and the ugly. God sees it as well, that is, all those that have called on Jesus, from the highways and the byways, even those with out a wedding garment. Saints include; the strong, weak, wise, foolish, good, bad, blind, deaf, ought to be teachers/need to learn again, called, chosen, clean, spotted, wrinkled, those unto honor and those unto dishonor. God knows the Philadelphia church, those who are found worthy to escape the wrath to come. Their deliverance will be in different, hidden places, in the earth. (See Where's Waldo) The falling away is comprised of those who do not measure up, or hold fast to truth. Some entire churches will die for their faith, some entire churches will die not in the truth, all, not able to be delivered by their righteousness.

Revelation 2 &3 contains a summary of those in the churches who are called saints, that will fall or give their life to be save. The following is an edited version to clarify who will not stand and why (hopefully). Since there is no variance in God, we must judge ourselves that we will not fall into condemnation. We must compare ourselves to what is true in The Word, we must have ears to hear the Holy Spirit:
Revelation 2:1
Ephesus write; 4thou hast left thy first love (love of truth). 5Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
8 Smyrna write; 9 I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan (under laws, or hold to fleshly salvation). 10Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death (did not or would not have ears to hear, salvation comes by not denying Jesus), and I will give thee a crown of life.
12 Pergamos write; ..14 I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam (love of money, selling the spiritual), who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock (outcome driven religion) before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed (unclean, fleshly, perverted words) unto idols, and to commit fornication (one foot in the world, one foot in heaven, serve two masters). 15So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes (abortion, divorce), which thing I hate. 16Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
18 Thyatira write; 20I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess (false prophet, apostle), to teach and to seduce my servants (saints) to commit fornication (spiritual unfaithfulness), and to eat things sacrificed unto idols (meat, food that has spiritual overtones that compromises truth). 21And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23And I will kill her children (in those churches) with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works (full truth is the only acceptable standard).
Revelation 3:1
Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead (works abound/no Holy Spirit, busy doing good work, not lead by the Spirit). 2Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die (no ears to hear every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God): for I have not found thy works perfect before God. 3Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard (when salvation first came you were drawn by the holy Spirit, but you turned a deaf ear, having begun in the Spirit, ending in the flesh), and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief (because you don't know and can't hear), and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
7 Philadelphia write; 9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews (those who hold onto the Law, Jewish religious customs and fables), and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown (At this time Jesus is our shepherd, we need to hear and follow His voice, not follow any man). 12Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out (If you do not know or enjoy being in the Spirit, you would not understand what a blessing, how desirable this reward is): and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
14 Laodiceans write;...15I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot (dutiful with no expectations, no joy of the Lord to give strength): I would thou wert cold or hot. 16So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17Because thou sayest, I am rich (blessed, well off, prosperous), and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked (deceived, not rich in faith, cannot tell good from evil, without a wedding garment/white raiment): 18I counsel thee to buy of me gold (pure truth) tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness (fleshly, carnal life) do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see (see truth, what is right, what is wrong). 19As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten (if you aren't right with God, and He is not correcting you, expect the worst, you will get the fruit of your labor): be zealous (get motivated) therefore, and repent (If you are stirred, feel the conviction of the Holy Spirit, it is not to late to repent and turn). 20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me (God's mercy endures forever).

This is the "alpha and omega", the undeniable scripture that speaks of deliverance. Some will say that this speaks of Israel, they speak out of their personal desires, flesh, because if that is true then all gentiles are excluded:

Revelation 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: (The bride of Christ) 2And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered (Jesus). 3And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon (Satan), having seven heads and ten horns (seven kings over 10 kingdoms), and seven crowns upon his heads. 4And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven (angels), and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6And the woman fled into the wilderness (green pastures & still waters, away from the sound of the archers at the place of drawing water), where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days (6.2 years approx). There was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. 13And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman (the church/the bride of Christ) which brought forth the man child. 14And to the woman were given two wings (supernatural mobility) of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time (3.5 years), from the face of the serpent. 15And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. 16And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. 17And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

If you are defiled by unbelief or receiving lies then even truth will seem not pure:
Titus 1:15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

Isaiah 57:1 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. For some it is easier to die for God than live for Him. Not that it is difficult to please God, it's just that difficult to die to your flesh. This is one form of a merciful deliverance from judgment for a person who has no ears to hear how to be delivered. Lack of understanding by those who know of the death (physical) will be fearful.

If you are not built on truth God sent delusion will certainly cause men to fall, the winnowing fan is a visual description of a spiritual truth:
2 Thessalonians 2: 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed (3.5 years into the tribulation), the son of perdition; 9Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Matthew 3: 12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

The plainly written truth is concealed by men who bring confusion:
2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

This Ezekiel passage speaks of the type of people, who will be delivered. Their examples are well known to those who read the Bible. For us to find ourselves equal to this group in faith, righteousness and holiness will be the standards for deliverance. They are also the examples of the types of deliverance we can expect, attacked by Satan though we live because of our righteousness, riding about the storm in a safe haven sealed by God, or prospering in captivity. Ezekiel 14:12 The word of the LORD came again to me, saying,
13Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it: 14Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord GOD. 15If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts: 16Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate. 17Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it: 18Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves. 19Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast: 20Though Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness. 21For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast? 22Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.

An extended mercy:
Mark 13: 20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

These are the classic forms of judgment, they are the tools of the destroyer:
Ezekiel 5:17 So will I send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall bereave thee: and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee. I the LORD have spoken it. (They are what await the foolish and the deceived)

Limitations commanded by God to keep His from harm:
Revelation 6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Oil being wise virgins, a portion of "Saints", wine being those who go through the wine press of wrath and live, the 144,000, those to who it is appointed to live as natural men during the 1000 year reign of peace, the 1000 years rest in Spirit and in truth. (A time appointed for man, Mark 2: 27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:)

Isaiah 28:12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. 13But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. 14Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.

Matthew 21:44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Ephesians 5:5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. 6Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
