Words 1/13/08

Break free, break free My people from mans expectations. Free from what you see, what you hear, what you think. I have come to set the captives free. Look to this freedom. Be free from what you learned (what your fathers taught you). I said greater things would you do, will your beliefs make Me a liar, or improve on My will by your flesh? Only believe, be free to do My will. If you have seen Me , you have seen our Father. You know His hand by His deeds (works). Go and do likewise. The power was never in any man's hand. All things are performed by My Spirit, by My word. Believe in Me, believe in My word. Do what you hear in your ear. Signs and wonders will follow if you do according to My will.

Having begun in My Spirit will you remain? Will you trust that I can (and will) bring into your life all that is good, holy and pure, or will you seek it out (in your own strength)? Do you know My desires (will) or will (do) you follow after yours? Look to My Spirit, look to peace and see My hand. I will not leave you or forsake you, (but) if you seek to please yourself, your joy will be short lived, for you cannot serve two masters.

I look (search the hearts) for a truly peculiar people. Holy, perfect, separated unto Me, of who I can show Myself strong in. When I return will I find faith in you? Will you determine (in your heart) to serve Me? Will you settle it in your heart, no matter what the cost, to put Me first. As Abraham was willing to sacrifice his son of faith to Me, are you willing to give up anything (and everything) apart from Me and My will?

When you become weary from the path I have laid before you, stop. Rest in My peace. (Here the Lord gave me a brief vision. A man on I very narrow path on the side of a mountain. High above the valley below, higher than many lower hills. The path is not so steep as to be like mountain climbing, but narrow enough that holding the rocks on the side of the path give comfort and stability while walking.) Look around (about) you. Who else is near you? You stand alone on a mountain of My design. Only the strong (little strength) can climb. Where else would you go? This path is the way, the truth and the life. It is the path to eternal life, loving bliss in the rest of your Father. Eternal joy and peace, the promise of the Father for the worthy. Joy unspeakable and full of glory.

Lust of the flesh perverts truth of the Spirit, plugs (stops) up the ears that (would hear the Holy Spirit) speak of holiness.

Comment: The vision on the mountain was intended to be an invitation to look around. To see who else is where your at (you see no one). To know that you are all alone on God's mountain. Walking in your righteousness. (I know that Jesus is our righteousness, but as Job, Noah and Daniel walked in their righteousness, look it up, the portion we chose is our portion of the righteousness we walk in.) No man to help you, no man to ask of. God alone can hear and see you where you are truly at. He knows your heart, your every thought. He knows the communications that you and He have. God knows the feeling of separation, of loneliness, but you are on a path that ensures your well being, if you walk it. You can go back, you can even jump off, but you know that it is the path of your life, the path to life. The end of it is your hearts desire, or should be, pleasing God, eternal life. As Peter said,"Where else can you go, You (Jesus) have the words to eternal life"?

Amen, Dave.

It should be the desire of all of our hearts to know that we are not helped by any man, nor should we ask of any man, but of God alone. It is He who formed us and made us to be who we are becoming. Truly this is liberty to all who will hear it (or who have heard it already).

To Him be glory and dominion, forever and ever. Amen.

Amen,
The invitation to look around and see that we truly are on our own unique path that only we, as individuals, and Jesus can walk really blesses me. The Lord has placed a unique path before each of us, and all we have to do is be faithful in walking it, doing what is before us to do. God's ways and His yoke truly are easy and light. God Bless.
