“ I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait I say, on the Lord.” (Psalm 27: 13-14)
“Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of His understanding. He giveth power to the faint: and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength: they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:28-31)
These scriptures were very encouraging and timely for me today. God has not called us to do things in our own strength, but by His spirit alone. He has really been ministering to me about waiting on Him and letting Him be my strength. But waitng on God requires trusting Him completely and having faith in Him completely, which works patience. It all ties in together. I praise God for understanding and His faithfulness. "The joy of the Lord is our strength."
God Bless,
Molly

Amen, Molly.
These scriptures really speak to me as well. With my present circumstances at work, I have seen how waiting on the Lord and doing everything according to the leading of His Spirit is the only way to walk.
Thank you for sharing. This blesses me very much and confirms to me what the Lord is ministering to His.
God bless,
Ryan
Amen Molly,
The just will live by faith. Those who are just, those who believed God, those who know and do the will of God. Will live, they have settled it in their hearts not to be moved, accepting the truth, putting it into practice, under the covering of God. By faith, pleasing God, to whom all things are possible, the substance of God's word that allows believers to partake of the Spirit without measure.
