The Lord spoke to me: I am the same yesterday, today and forever.
And then gave me a deeper understanding of what means:
He does not change, only men do. While the spirit is always the same, we can choose to change away from truth or towards it. Away from it, is confusion, ever shifting shadows and death. Our desires can be that of God's or not. Our ideas can be one with the Lord... or not. He is the pillar to which ground is secure. He is the only faithfulness to which we can never fall. Whatever our own ways that are seperate from the one who doesn't change, well they do change. And there is no unwaivering pillar in them, no ground to stand upon. It's building will fall before it's even finished being built. Our ways are that of the waves in the ocean.
So put away desires, emotions, doubts and old ways and change into a pillar for God to which you can stand against all odds. Be one with the only one who doesn't change or give way to hard times. This is for strength and wisdom for all who look upon it and desire a true foundation.
Vision:
I was carrying these huge logs which were dry rotted and had these eerie rusted nails and staples all over. They were heavy and painful to carry. I was walking down a lighted path, a path of shades of white and pearl. I was walking towards a throne of gold and pearl and when I got to it, I tossed the logs to it. They fell all over one another and then stopped. The Lord said "These are your old understandings to which you hung unto and took shelter in, They were faulty and insecure. I now give you this pillar that is holy and everlasting." (It is important that I myself had to make that walk down the lighted path and my own will to lay it all down). He then set fire to those logs and the fire became high. (It was also important that He himself set this fire). The fire was for those who would (a desire to know righteousness), to take notice of what those logs were, what they used to be for me. So when they did, they had to turn to see what took their place, to see what I now took shelter in. And therein they saw the face of God shining strongly and boldly. His unwaivering pillar.
He is the same yesterday, today and forever. In Him I am unwaivering.
I want so much to see people stand on which that is never shaken, never broken or shifty. I want so much for people to have true joy and peace.
God Bless
Carm

Amen. All that can be shaken will be shaken. If the Lord is not the builder the house shall certainly fall. The only thing that can not be shaken is Gods truth which he has led us into by his Holy Spirit. We go from glory to glory, letting that which is perfect come and casting that which is in part away. May we always press forward toward the mark, the high calling we have in Jesus Christ.

Carmen thank you for posting this - how beautiful the Lord is - that His face is an unwaivering pillar!
Amen Carmen,
The Lord is beautiful for understanding, the joy of the whole earth. What He gives us (understandings) is so undeniably perfect. He shows us what are burdens and life was likened to. The prickly, painful, decaying burdens that He takes away never to be seen again (if we don't rebuild them), is so liberating, so life changing, it almost takes a "Heavenly" vision to understand or describe it ourselves. And remember He is unchanging, He was always like this, faithful to show us and be with us. So sad for people who reject the Holy Spirit, they will never know themselves what is like to be loved by God in this personal way.

I am so very greatful to The Most High God that He has made a place for me to be encouraged in Him, (besides His Word, by which He feeds me, and His Spirit which ministers to me) through the precioius obedient members of Elm Street Chapel. You young folk never cease to be fed something from the Lord that does not encourage the child of God to keep their eye single and look neither to the left or to the right, but at Him the author and finisher of our Faith. Thank you all for being willing vessels for the exhortation of the saints and the Glory of God, till we all come to that place that we need to be in Him....Amen...May He continue to bless and use you all, and may He prosper your ministry.. I love and appreciate you all.
Amen.
I thank God for this understanding and for truly being the only One that can cause us to be set free and to know what liberty by His Spirit is.
If we continue to press on to the high prize and keep our eyes fixed on Him, nothing wavering, the Lord will surely keep us and cause us to stand in the days to come.
God bless,
Ryan
Amen, Carmen.
This blessed me alot for others but definitely for yourself. I am one person who can say beyond the shadow of a doubt the Living God has made a home inside your heart. I thank God for your testimony and friendship.

Hi Carmen,
If you get the time, can you reply to these questions? I can't see the vision for myself, did the logs set on fire, and the fire became the pillar with God's face on it? Or were the fire and the pillar you now stand on separate?
Thanks,
Rachel
Hey Rach,
In the vision the logs were set on fire by God where they were laid down, at the foot of the throne. In me (seperately), he placed His pillar. When others took notice of the fire He set (hard not to notice the burning of old ways), they looked upon what I took shelter in now, what He gave me. If people see the sacrafices/changes ones made, they see a different you because of those changes. His glory gives strength, security and wisdom to His people and we reflect that if we change/sacrafice our old ways. If we lay down the old and let Him stand a pillar of Himself within you. I've never been one with words, so I hope that is more specific. God Bless-Carmen
That did clear it up for me, thanks. Praise God! His works are mighty and full of wonder.
Amen,
Rachel
