Word:
Hear me this day: Be Bold in Faith, so I'll find no lacking. Be led by my spirit, is is The Way. It is a light. Let Faith strengthen, it is my joy. There is no other way. I have called, will you hearken unto it. Will you listen.
I do not speak in vain.
Then later I heard:
I will shatter the earth, yet you will still not believe.
LUKE 18:1-8
{8}... However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the
earth?"
Vision: it was set in a backyard, a nice summer day. There was a man laying in a hammac, but he kept getting up and down. He kept checking on things. Checking to see if all was in order, if there was any stone left unturned type thing. The Lord's desire was to have him lay in the hammac, to have peace, to have faith and to not be anxious. Just believe. To just to be in His presence.
By lack of faith the man was finding no rest.
Knowing the peace and wisdom of the spirit, it is undenyable, how immeasurably valuable He is. We should treasure it so by having faith.
If this stirs anyone, I was led to share a personal understanding:
The ways of this world, the struggles from going and thinking in the ways of the flesh, in unbelief, in doubt, in pride, in trying on our own strength, is all so exhausting. It's a heavy weariness to the soul. It's as if even a speck of unbelief , feels like a ton. And keeps us that much furthur away from God. We should detest any such thing.
Lately, I've been noticing how weary I've been growing when worrying about others views and opinions. It's a silly thing when looking at it through God's eyes. We can not please everyone, and He wouldn't have us to carry that burden. Not to mention, it's all in vain. Amazing how a simple and straight way is made, when you only seek to please God. This is His life, not ours. And we should be more than happy to give it up. It's freedom.
Christ's Love,
Carmen

Amen Carmen,
Good word and vision. On my way to work today I drove past 7 or 8 churches. I was praying and sad for most all the people that attend them. Everyone in every church uses the same bible (for the most part). Some man taught them what the scriptures meant, or didn't mean. The people try to live up to the churches expectations. They are not bad or wicked people, they just trust mans ways and teachings and stop at the approval of man. They all say that they trust and believe God, but their God is the one the church teaches. The just will live by faith, but that is just the beginning. Where does that faith lead? Does it lead to faith in what the church teaches or faith that God by the Holy Spirit will teach them? How sad for so many foolish virgins. Ignorant of truth. Not knowing who or what Jesus said would come and lead them. Not pleasing the Father because they never pushed past religion to find reality, the Holy Spirit, the promise of the Father, being restored to fellowship in Spirit and in truth.

Amen.
It is is sad that so many deny fellowship with the Father although He offers it freely and it was the very reason why Jesus died. The veil was torn so that we could enter in freely. However, so many are bound by unbelief (largely because the teachings of men has caused them to be faithless).
My prayer is that the Lord will continue to pour out His Spirit upon those who draw close to Him. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. I believe we all want to live in that liberty and peace, as the Lord gives it to those who believe.
God bless,
Ryan
thank you for the reminder of God's power and understanding..it is so much easier to please Him than to please the world.
Again Thank you
