Enduring Temptation

As I worshiped at church on Sunday I heard this in the Spirit:

I will lift my eyes, I will lift my head. I will be stayed upon the Lord and all his ways. His love is towards me, he has said "I will lift him up". Blessed are those who humble themselves before the Lord, for the meek and the lowly surely shall he exalt before him. But every knee of the prideful shall he break, they shall all bow themselves in the dust. I will look upon my king, I have known the way of his salvation. Your rod oh Lord comforts me, your staff oh Lord leads me gently. Shall I fade away? Shall I pass from the face of the earth? I am God and my ways are higher. All the earth declares, that I am Lord.

Then the Lord spoke this word to me: Who will drink of my living waters? The Spirit and the Bride say come. Let all those who thirst come and drink freely. Who shall come? Who has set it within their hearts to love me more than all? Look upon me my faithful, my chosen ones. You have loved me more, your desire has been for the purist waters. Cast away your fears for I am greater. Cast away your doubt, for I am I not greater? Cursed is that man who does not believe. He fears to enter in, he will not put down the flesh. Am I pleased in this? I am well pleased in those who bear their cross faithfully, who know my yoke is easy any burden light.

James 1
JAS 1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.
JAS 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
JAS 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
JAS 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
JAS 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
JAS 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
JAS 1:7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
JAS 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
JAS 1:9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
JAS 1:10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
JAS 1:11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.
JAS 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
JAS 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
JAS 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
JAS 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
JAS 1:16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.

Grace and peace,
Austin

Amen Austin.

Revelation 21:7 He that overcomes shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

The fearful and unbelieving have the same eternity as a murderer or a witch. A liar, just a little "white liar" gets the same.

2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

This is no joke, it's life and eternal death.
