Although I couldn't be with you guys last night (9/3/2008), this is what the Spirit was speaking to me:
Word
Give ear My people for the day comes quickly when I will send My judgment and all that have trusted in the arm of man will suffer loss. I tell you, the day comes quickly when I will cause those who took pleasure in unrighteousness to be judged according to all of their ways. Every idle word I will judge and those who took captive the weak will be destroyed, for they teach lies in My name and speak according to the desires of their heart.
Who will hear My voice and allow Me to write My words upon their hearts, even truth? I search for those who have cast down everything that exalts itself against Me that I may strengthen them and lead them into all truth by My Spirit. Who will be transformed by the renewing of their minds that they may become a servant of others, dying to themselves that Christ may be fully formed in them? This is what I require of those who desire to stand in the days to come. Come, all who will hear Me this day. Come and put on strength that you may live according to the leading of My Spirit. Draw close to My side that I may cover you so that you will fear and doubt no more.

1 Corinthians 1:18For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. 19For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
Most "Christians" just don't get it. They cannot enter in or truly serve God because they resist Him. They don't believe Jesus sent the Comforter for them; it was for that time, or not everyone. Or the saddest of all, speak in tongues only and never couple faith to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying.
The worst are prideful pastors who keep "their flock" from truth. They are not and cannot do God's will.

I pray that Christ is fully formed in us all, so that we are not found wanting when judgment falls.
