Word 10/22/08 A PROPHECY FOR THE USA

The Word:
The arrogance of the mountain of Beor shall rise up. Great swelling words are his weapon of choice. With great candor he takes captive the weak and the lame. He prostitutes his Maker with his lover. His heart knows no limit of apostasy. His love/wife has no limit of hate. Look to truth, oh saints of the Most High. Hold fast to truth for the number of a man is 666. His claim is made plain, his priest is with you even now.

Note: This election is far more important than most realize. These verses are the precept upon precept reasons why we will be judged. Some words are for people to repent, some are not. This one is for those who have ears to hear only. The anti-christ spirit abounds in this country, more so in some than others. A false prophet speaks lies daily, but who can hear, who cares? Judgment comes quickly. People are caught away with their own lusts. The love of truth is far from them. In knowing the nature of God we understand that judgment comes on a wicked king/kingdom, not a righteous king.

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Hebrews 5:14…strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Jeremiah 24:3 Then said the LORD unto me, What do you see, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.

Malachi 2:17 You have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet you say, How have we wearied him? When you say, Every one that does evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delights in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?

Edom

Idumea, or Idumaea, was the name used by the ancient Greeks and Romans for the land of Edom (the "Idum" in Idumea was pronounced as "Edom" is in English), which was located between the northern section of the Gulf of Aqaba and the southern shore of The Dead Sea. Measuring approximately 100 miles / 160 kilometers long and 50 miles / 80 kilometers wide, it's named after Esau, the son of Isaac and Rebekah, who was the very slightly older fraternal-twin brother of Jacob / Israel (Genesis 25:23-26).
The region is known in various translations of The Bible as Idumea (Isaiah 34:5-6, Ezekiel 35:15), "the field of Edom" (Genesis 32:3), "the land of Edom" (Genesis 36:16). Also, because it is, in part, mountainous, it was also known as "the mountains of Esau" or "the mountain of Seir" (Obadiah 1:8,9,19,21). The southern part of Edom was known as Teman.
The capital was of Edom was Bozrah (Isaiah 63:1). The earlier inhabitants of the land were Horites, but they were driven out by the Edomites (Deuteronomy 2:12). Edomite tribes settled also in the south of Judah, like the Kenizzites (Genesis 36:11), to whom Caleb and Othniel descended (Joshua 15:17).
Although the Edomites were closely related in blood and in language to the Israelites, they were at times in a state of war with the neighboring Kings of Israel and Judah (2 Kings 8:20, 2 Chronicles 28:17).
The Edomites refused a request by Moses for the Israelites to simply pass directly through Edomite territory on their way north (Numbers 20:14-21) (see Wilderness Journey).
. The Edomites sided with the Babylonians under King Nebuchadnezzar when they conquered Judah and devastated Jerusalem but later the Edomites were themselves conquered by the Babylonians (Jeremiah 27:3-6).

Malachi 1:3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

Ezekiel 25:12 Thus says the Lord GOD; Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them; 13Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword. 14And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, says the Lord GOD.

Amen to the word. I know there is a lot to understand in this, but it bares witness that it is of God and truth.

As the Spirit stirs, there is much in what the Lord gave you that sheds light on current situations. I believe people need to ask God to reveal all that He would for themselves so that they may have understanding in why things are the way that they are.

God bless,
Ryan
